Arceus' mere awakening shook the entire multiverse. Made 2 dimensions collide. Distorted space and time. And broke apart reality. He literally did all of this by just waking up. He solos dragon ball and it's not even close.

Arceus is literally God. Shaped the infinite multiverse. Solos beings that hold together said multiverse, being Palkia, controller of Time, Dialga, controller of Space, and Giratina, controller of Antimatter. These are all Multiversal anyway, and Arceus casually one shots all of them at once. The only reason you can catch it is because:
1) It has “1000 arms” so you’re actually “catching” a teensy fraction of it
2) I say “catching” because Arceus is letting you catch one of it’s parts- it could leave whenever it wants

The primary thing you have to take in is that the arceus we know is a TINY PIECE of itself, like Darkseid's avatars in the DC universe. Sure said avartars are busted in their own right, but the true measure of strength of Pokemon's ONE TRUE GOD is practically incalculable. Simply put, there's no way a man despite his power to break any limit in front of him can even hold a candle to the true might of a being with no limits whatsoever.

We are talking about LITERALLY the pokemon that created everything. He is considered "the god that transcends everything". Apart from that, Arceus has an abstract existence and a non-existent physiology. His true form is omnipresent and abstract. He is immortal unless his avatars and abstract existence are eliminated. He has abilities such as: Absolute immunity, Partial omniscience, Manipulation of reality and time. He also has immortality type 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9. So goku has nothing to do.
