Okay, I have an idea about how you can arrange your place. I think you should first place your bed vertically, not horizontal. Allowing your bed frame to be a visual partition between the living room space. Also, think about purchasing sheer but quality curtains to signify your bedroom space. Now, between the foot of your bed and couch, you can utilize the rolling tv idea. Your couch, should face your bed, with the back towards the kitchen area. Which would open up an option for you to place a two seater (but small) barstool table behind it. One side of the table should be against the back of your couch. Now on to the kitchen, you can purchase a small rolling island that can be under the window by your dishwasher while not being used.

The tv doesn't really need to be mounted on the wall so, you can just get a tv shelf and keep the tv at the widow side, it would look better there than on the wall

I love the kitchen area. And I like that you have a closed closet area. I might copy that Island thingy. I need it. My place is a studio too, but it's uglier and I've been thinking about how to decorate. 😅 Looking forward to seeing your finished space.

the apartment isn't bad at all i think its the windows all around that make it so attractive smart move by the designer. I think you pay around 1500-2000 a month
