I want to take NRI quota seat in Maharashtra counseling my question is do i need to pay the fees in dollar from the sponsors account or can I pay in Indian currency also using Indian Bank account or DD ??

1) Is it necessary to be paid in USD or can we pay through INR also

2) Does the money have to be transferred from an NRI/OCI account or can it be paid from an Indian account also sir

Another query NRI category not availed before start of 1st round counselling, can a person convert to NRI later before round 2 or round 3? OR does the person have to be NRI registered right from start of counselling? Much appreciate your comments please.

Sir, the Indian to NRI nationality conversion, is it only for canditate who himself is NRI? Or is it necessary to send details via email for an indian canditate who is sponsored by NRI relative? Because it is saying about CANDIDATE's nationality change....
