Rookie; still falling around looking back, then forward. “What are you talking about? We got a speeder getting away. Why are we not getting him.”
Senior Officer; “That Corolla doesn’t drive like a Corolla. That Corolla drives like nothing else around. Are you familiar with the Term, clipping? Further more, when it clipped out of here, we had other officers, my brothers that we have served together for decades sometimes. They clipped out also. Crazy thing is that when he clipped back, when we turned back and looked at each other, my fellow officers that clipped away, they were back. Only, not them. They were different. They acted like the same people was accepted as the same people, even by their families. Sometimes they went from black to white, white to black. One time I seen, he came back an asian female. Everyone acted like they were always an asian female.
Some say, that he is the architect, a programer of sorts, and that when he hit puberty his voice dropped, and became chopped and screwed. All we know is he’s, wheres981.

Honestly it's probably a very experienced trooper, good judgement from him tbh, chasing would've been too dangerous on that section in that traffic, most people just don't know how to act when a chase comes up to them and passes them, almost like they try to run both the swimmer and cop off the road lmao
