It's one thing to blow series leads but when your career as a coach is notorious for blowing leads then you have to take accountability. Doc is just bad at making adjustments or just don't make adjustments at all.

If his roster isn't significantly better than the opponent I will always predict Doc's team to lose. It's crazy to me that there's people who let him off the hook and think he has nothing to do with his team's failures. He may not be the only reason but is inability to make the right adjustments matters.
