Thanks for the tips! My virtual beginning class is 4 hours daily, and I’m always looking for ways to make it more interactive. We also use the chat for an SEL check in… learning a couple of new adjectives a day, and then expressing how they are feeling. I follow up with questions about the chat, and it helps to build class community as they follow up with one another as well.
