Whenever i hear this song, i can't help but feeling like here was the heart of the movie, the core of the story, which is the relationship between Cade and his daughter Tessa. If only the movie focused more on them trying to reconnect and solve their differences while they're still mourning the death of the mother, it would've been great. But the movie had to add the boring ass boyfriend character, Shane, which was really unnecessary and a waste of time. It would've been so much better if the movie only focused on Cade and Tessa, and just delete some of the other unnecessary plot threads in the movie that was already too convoluted. I think AoE, of all the other Transformers movies, had the most potential to be a truly great, emotional movie if only they just focused on the right elements.
