Tampa mayor on those who stay in evacuation zones: ‘You’re going to die’

Florida's densely populated west coast, still reeling from the devastating Hurricane Helene less than two weeks ago, is bracing for another hurricane. One million people have been ordered to evacuate before Milton arrives, including in Tampa — which hasn't been in the direct path of a monster storm like this in over a century.
