The thing about the entire Extradition request of T'Challa's that tannoyed me was this: Bucky was a US Army soldier who had been captured, experimented on, and brainwashed. The proper action upon detaining him would have been returning him to the US, getting him the medical and psychological treatments needed to get over the programming, and then letting him get on with his life. Even give him his back pay adjusted for 70 years of interest. It was not to turn him over to a foreign national for whatever political reason.

I wish they'd kept the first scene. More of Black Panther could never hurt :D but more importantly, it does bring up an interesting question. Since he will continue to be Black Panther, will the UN try to make him sign the Accords? I mean, technically speaking I guess he does fall under the jurisdiction of the Accords but at the same time, he is the King of Wakanda. Wouldn't trying to have that much control over the representative of a sovereign nation be breaking some international laws? I wonder if they'll address any of this in his solo movie ...

I'm just imagining in my head what Black panther would say to the United Nations if they demanded he signed the accords.

Black panther: "No. What you ask of me is impossible. The mantle of the Black panther has been past down through many different generations of my people.
