Concerning the children of immigrants being held in the detention center in Brownsville, TX, I have written to senators and also the Governor of Texas, but have been ignored. I was told by someone who lives nearby, that there is contagion in the cages and some children have died from Covid 19. I have seen absolutely nothing in the news about this. Is it being kept quiet?
I would like to urge everyone to contact your media sources and ask to have someone investigate this story. Maybe the officials will do something if they are embarrassed into action. Please, someone, help those children! I'm doing what I can, but I feel pretty helpless. No one is more helpless than those children, they need all of us to take action. This is inhumane, no matter your politics.
