This FEDERAL judge has NO BUSINESS questioning a political, PUBLIC POLICY decision made by the democratically-elected Texas legislature. If the sanctuary cities crackdown DOES hurt the state's economy, that's a trade-off the voters can consider when casting a ballot next time those lawmakers are up for re-election. He specifically stated that it wasn't his job to 'second-guess' the legislature, yet that's precisely what he did. One man does not get to set public policy. That's a dictatorship.

Maybe this is just me but I don't think the swamp can be drained and Trumps election has proved it or it has shown that the swamp can't be drained without looking crazy

Sigh. None of the reasons sited are in any way judicially relevant. Just another part of the trifecta of checks and balances trying to break the checks and balances. This literally borderlines writing legislation.
