Solving the IMPOSSIBLE Cast Arrows Puzzle!

Hi, my name is Cubastic and today I'm gonna be reviewing and solving the IMPOSSIBLE Cast Arrows Puzzle! What's it's secret? Don't be fooled by it's difficulty rating, it's 3/6, but with my experience in puzzle I can say that it definitely deserves a higher rating! Enjoy!

When I started watching, I assumed that NOT ALL ARROWS ARE CREATED EQUAL.... that's the key to many of these type puzzles... good job...
I am a COMPUTER SCIENTIST, amongst other things... and since I was a boy I always liked PUZZLES and ways to solve problems in various fields....

My ex’s father was a genius. Astro physicist, perfect score on SAT type of genius. I got one of those rout iron puzzles for Christmas. Took me about thirty minutes to figure it out. That I was pretty smart. He’s comes in, goes, oh a puzzle. Picks it up, studies it for no more than thirty seconds. Takes it apart with no trial or error. Puts it right back together and says, good puzzle. Never felt dumber.

BIG MISTAKE
When a puzzle presents you with a number of apparently identical pieces, especially if the pieces seem to then be interchangeable, VERIFY that the pieces are indeed identical.
If not (usually they aren't!) MAKE NOTE of where the odd piece or pieces started out. You may desperately need this information to both solve and reassemble the puzzle.
