It's crazy to me that so many people need such a simple video to figure out you can cut the stuff with a knife or razor knife instead of a saw or skill saw like I have seen on many videos. No need to wear a mask, create tons of dust or have a vac system. Not to mention the time saved.

I use a razor knife that can extend out about 2”.takes 2 swipes. Some times pushing and out slightly.

I cut about three quarter through then break sheet like drywall. Cut foil paper on other side.

Can you please sheet rock directly on Thermax sheathing insulation with liquid nails, and no studs?

Hi, I haven’t been able to find the answer to this question anywhere...

Polyiso foam board with the recycled paper/fiberglass outer coating... Is it toxic?? Using it in a van build, but it makes me nervous.

Hello! We bought a 1920 farmhouse balloon framework. We started remodeling inside and low and behold we can actually see this foam board. I went outside to take siding off and the house is wrapped in this. Foil facing the vinyl. Lots of people have told me the house needs the house should of been wrapped after this type of insulation was done. It has vinyl siding. We have discovered water damage. What are your thoughts? Peel all the vinyl off and wrap over this stuff ? I am a 53 year old woman newbie in house Reno and need thoughts please
