This looks like the Tando Beachhouse Shake product. What makes this product look so great is the fact that they color the key way channels (the space in between each shake) with a darker color. I have them on my house.

THAT was GREAT! I've seen this siding before, never put it on a building. I would try it, probably would take me 3 times as long as you in installing it. Overcautious!

I love watching your videos! As a DIYer I learn ample amounts of knowledge every time I watch. I am doing a vinyl siding job at the house, how did you finish off the flashing around the door frame and what did you use to fasten/adhere the flashing to the wood? How far does the door frame have to protrude to be flush with the j-channels? Thanks and God Bless!
