Designing this compound in a program is actually a lot easier than many may think. I used to work for a company doing that type of stuff all day. The building shell, desks, images, stairs, various materials are all simple. The hardest part is designing the tiny intricate details in furniture and dealing with the lack of software features.

My job was to design sky scrapers, hotels, and sports arenas, then engineer them for cell phone service, so the modeling was quite easy and straightforward in comparison.
