I kinda dig it, it's funky. Far from the ugliest car when compared to the Aztec.

Two things I will say about the S-Cargo's ugliness,
1. I kinda think this is a cute sort of ugly (much like a pug); the bizarre proportions and loveable headlights no-doubt adding to this.
2. For 1989, I think the styling is unbelievably modern; I genuinely believe that its curvaceous, airy, bubbliness could convince someone, admittedly without looking at the interior, that it was made within the last 10 years, for sure. So while, yes, it's ugly in one sense of the word, I think there are far more offensively ugly cars (like the bulbous, vulgar Bentley Continental GT) out there.

Am I the only one who founds Nissan S-Cargo quite cute? Honestly it looks pretty cute to me, and with some minor restyling, transmission and engine upgrade I could totally see this car being sold again as some postal city van etc.

Aww, stop picking on the little car, I think it's cute.

In my opinion, there are far uglier cars. The Honda Element, (2017 model is the worst) the Pontiac Aztek, (the year that looks like a CR-X gone horribly wrong) the early Cadillac Escalades, the Stutz Blackhawks from the seventies and eighties. . .

And at least the S-Cargo looks quite functional. Back in the days when I was constantly hauling music gear from club to club, I would have loved it. Well, at least if it were reliable. :)
