Bon Clay/Mr. 2 was my first real exposure to drag queen/drag king culture. He may be one of the weirder characters in the vast universe of One Piece, but like Kaku from CP9, you can't help but love him even when he is your enemy. And of course, he is the REAL hero of Impel Down, working to save Luffy from the wolves, the guards, and even a fleet of Navy battle ships... and his reward is getting to meet his idol, Ivankov, and become the new head queen of New Kama Land. I really hope Bon Clay and Luffy are reunited some day.

I never really thought of this guy as a real villain. Just a guy that knows how to have fun while causing chaos. Loved his character. I miss him. Not everyone can match sanji kick for kick like he can.

Apparently Magellan's attempt to kill Bon Clay was interrupted by Blackbeard crew ...who beat up the chief warden.. bon Clay hid and returned to the secret prison level and took over the place vacated by Ivankov

I still can't wrap-around the idea that a crossdresser with a hilarious character design would become one of the most iconic and beloved characters in One Piece and would become one of my favorite characters in the story too. As an avid shonen manga reader, that's just mind-blowing!
