All I can say having lived with an abusive husband is that when you have experienced that kind of abuse and being that they were groomed to think that their abuser had all
Power over their lives (the father made sure they believed that he could leave them penniless and desecrate their lives if they told) they may have felt it was the only way out. I think they served their time for the crimes. I hope they get a new trial.

So what is he saying? Is he saying that because they haven't had fights, are quiet and have had reportedly good behavior that they are child molesters and women killers?
I mean obviously these guys haven't had lives of their own. They grew up with abuse and then have spent the rest of their lives in prison. We can't say who they are, they probably don't even know who they are at this point .

This guy....he knows nothing. Except what he has been told or what he has heard. This happened to the brothers in 1989...I had 4 children in the 80s starting at 82 to 87. Had a baby girl the same year this man was born in 84, just months after both my mother and grand mother passed....brothers were not convicted until 1996 after 3 trials at that....i can ask my children about this case and they know not much....so this guy...just no...i know this case and it would take a lot to kill your parents, a lot. Does not matter how spoiled you are or how rich. If you were loved and protected growing to the best of your parents ability you would not kill your parents. Did he protect his boys growing up. NO. NO he did not. They killed their parents to stop the abuse... To stop father from doing it and to stop mother from letting it happen...And these brothers are 10 and 12 years younger than me. No one has a right to kill anyone...Did the father kill them by sexually assaulting them their whole life. What would you do as a child on into your adult life?...Father is one evil man.

This guy is a hater. I do believe they mostly did have a terrible abusive childhood because Everybody has said how mean and agressive their father was. They knew how much money they would get if their parents were gone. I believe that their main motive was the abuse they had to deal with and this was the reason for their crime. Bullshit. I heard a "Country Club/Golf Associate" of Jose Menendez state while the trial was going on, that it was known what Jose was doing to his sons, but that nobody wanted to speak up, calling it a "private family matter."

The abuse suffered by the Menendez brothers was sufficient to mitigate to conviction on lesser charges, PERIOD.
