Great split, I’ve been doing the following for a few month but need to change it up soon.

Day 1: upper strength
Day 2: lower strength
Day 3: rest
Day 4: chest and arms
Day5: legs
Day 6: back and shoulders
Day 7: Rest

I do 4 days like alex said he used to do, monday legs, tuesday arms, wednesday chest + shoulders, thursday back, and this has given me insane gains, i need those three rest days because my CNS is destroyed after

Upper lower rest, chest and back, legs and arms and shoulders is imo superior since you can train your muscles 2x a week
