Tyler, for the espresso machine, it works best with espresso beans. But they have to be ground for an espresso machine. Respectfully I don’t think regular coffee would be the same.

Don't know if you figured it out on your own or not, but if you want the "perfect pizza" just leave it on the Pizza Maker for a little longer, 2-5 extra mins with the lid open, it'll only make the bottom crunchy

The combo charger is probably designed to keep hot drinks hot, and keep cold drinks cold, but you have to start with the beverage at the right temperature. Really neat idea.
