One of the BEST Games I've ever played | Tales of Arise

I have 340 hrs now in this game, is not only my favorite game but i have seen more and more secret details that we normally miss in our play through, and is amazing since the first boss you can see part of the ending, those little details or the details in the conversations are so great and amazing.

Honestly, this is the best tales combat i have ever tried. It feels so cohesive like every move fills something and every special attacks combos into another attack, then by chaining combos you do another attack which finishes off the enemy.

Bandai Namco left millions of people speechless tbh, the ending made me cry. Absolutely beautiful game this game will always have a special place in my heart along with the entire franchise as a whole.

This was the first game I beat when I got my Steamdeck. Love it.

It was such a great game. The slow 4 hour start didn't do much but when i beat Blaseph it started to pick up. Then getting further into the game I was lovin it. Only thing is i wish the kirito and Asuna Super boss the 2nd time you fight them (optional i know) wasn't so difficult and im max level for everyone too i guess i have to use the devil equipment for Alphen

combat system so fluid that they had to make the bosses nigh impervious to getting staggered, one of the fatal flaws in this game is the THICK health bars on bosses, not skill issue, the final boss for beyond the dawn expansion has two phases, the first having 400k+ the following having 800k+, it took an anime episode long to beat that thing in NORMAL difficulty.

Just finished ending today, game was good but sadly 65% of story is about 5 realm doesn't carry out well enough to the rest of end game which is suddenly become full interstellar/no man sky

Also most of the enemies are just a reskin and 90% of them just for my dragon swarm or demon fang or flaming sword sponge

I tried out granblue fantasy and couldn't believe how good it was! It has features that I wish other JRPG games would use... Being able to skip conversations but it provides a quick summary on screen, the target lock on system, trophies and systems from other genres to name a couple... Which prompted me to try out tales of arise and it seems really good. It's awesome that it's included with PlayStation subscription! I'm not very far into it but I'm hoping that You're rewarded for grinding, and that there's opportunities to get cool weapons and improved powers if you invest time into farming stuff or unlocking stuff or whatever 🎉

In my opinion xilla 2 had the best combat but tales of arise was my first tales game n I loved every second of of my 272 hours played on there 😭😭😭

Even better in VR. 1080ti runs it well at 2.5k per eye surprisingly with the UEVR mod. Time to get a headset people, and a PC if u ain't invested in one yet

Why they decided this game would be the one Tales of game that wouldn’t have multiplayer, I will never understand, especially with several characters very clearly wanting teamwork to function to their fullest. Oh well, at least on PC you can fix that with a Mod.
