note when doing a 0 to death: nair, dair, & sair on lance are all jumpable. so the opponent can literally jump / fast fall out of each move on the 0 to death string. although almost all 1600-2000 just fast fall the 0 to death rather than jumping it. therefore, slight dair sair cd dair said is your best friend.

Simple as that. It’s so quick they usually don’t even dodge

what i do is: jump, dair, jump, sair (if the enemy dodge up), side chase dodge, dair, sair, jump, sair

a tip for console or controller plaryers that dont do claw method bind your L2 or LT to jump and your A or X button so u just spam L2 or LT when you will do a string hope this did help u

Watching this honestly to learn how to avoid this happening. Like bow or spear I thought it some muscle memory combo, but INSANE. I didn't know it was a read based thing. (Duh... I know.) I love spammers tho because I learn how to avoid and punish literally anything if someone does it enough, but this doesn't happen to me consistently enough to know how to f' it up.
