On Apr 22, 2020 in the description of Proof Bread's first video, Jon said "We’re in this together. Those of us who are farmers, ranchers and bakers have been on overdrive to help feed this city. Everyone is undergoing massive change. If you notice the differences, I encourage you to practice empathy to your neighbors as they adapt. It doesn’t really matter what you did a few weeks ago on the regular. Chances are, it’s different in some way now. Chances are you are learning how to adapt. Let’s be aware that all of us are in that boat, and let’s focus on coming together as a community." . . . . . A year and a half later, having watched all of the videos that have followed, including today's video, Jon, family and all of their workers at Proof Bread are still talking the talk and walking the walk.
