The above dialogue is not limited to Sten and Leliana, but can also trigger variations with Wynne or Morrigan. Sten can also discuss this with a female warden, as shown in this video. But it all paints a very clear picture that the qunari believe people are born a certain way, and they are assigned tasks based on how they are best believed to serve the Qun. It is an intolerant and unaccommodating society that does not care for the personal feelings or beliefs of its subjects.

For an "Inclusive" game they sure left out a lot of other body types of males and Females: Where are the muscular Zangief kind of characters with Abs that can grind diamonds to dust? Where are the Big ladies With the "Amazing Chests" ahead? There are many more, but listing all them would make this post way too long.
This is anything BUT inclusive! It is nothing but an "Agenda", a "Catering", not to a major audience, only to a insanely small audience, the latter of whom who are with 99% clarity and accuracy not interested in games whatsoever.

The Qunari are an extrem militarist society where the children are taken from their parents and educated by rude priestress who select their role in the society since their early age. Those who are rebel against the Qun are brainwashed in camps or eliminated. And for the mages, which are considered as dangerous, they cut their horns, sew their mouth shut and install on them a sort of a electric collar.
This is the real Qunari society in DA 1 and 2 and in the tabletop role playing game, games that the developers of DA 4 have not played...
