Please excuse my ignorance. If you have a pocket rings like yours what do you use to punch the holes in the inserts?

How much was the planner ? I love the planners from Pelle Studio! Sadly the shop is currently closed so i can't find any prices :( would love to buy one for my planner collection :p also i really really love your setup WOW!! love to you <3
