If anyone is wondering i think she used only one type of magnet its either only south or only north because if you use only one kind of magnet it will repel each other if you use south and south it will repel if you use north and north it will also repel but if you use South and north it will stick together so I think that's how it's floating.

Hey that was amazing but you stick magnet on outside base but in moon how to you put magnet

Inflate any balloon to the size you want
Tear off pieces from the napkin roll
•Mix 4/1 ratio of water and 4/3 ratio of glue in a bowl.
•soak the torn napkins in the mixture you prepared.
While the napkins are wet, place them on the balloon
When the napkins are dry, pop the balloon inside them.
Make a stand for your moon from sticks
Put small magnets of the same polarity at the junction of the sticks and the balloon
