I know I haven't really made any videos lately. The reason is because I moved to school at Western Michigan University and started flight training in their SR-20 fleet. After doing a transition course, I am now in instrument training. This video is the takeoff of my first solo in the Cirrus. After the video ended, I continued to fly to the practice area to review VFR maneuvers and practiced non-towered field landings. I love training at WMU because it is Part 141. This means that each lesson has a purpose and a plan mandated by a syllabus. This makes the training go much quicker and I love how it is structured. Now that I'm used to the plane, I'll try to get some more footage in the amazing bird!
