Hi there. I just purchased the Encore X with the Jogger Kit. I installed as instructed but the two legs of the jogger kit do not align at all. It’s off by 1/2 inch. It’s impossible to adjust forward or back because the locking pin on both sides has its one particular hole for the pin. So when I go and insert the jogger wheel and push it all the way into the slot on both sides, the wheel is turned to one side and is not straight. If I manually straighten it, now only one side of the wheel’s quick lock is all the way inserted in the slot, and the other side is right by the beginning of the slot.

I’ve tried all I could, and no matter what I try, the wheel pulls heavily to the one side. I’ve tried tightening the screws on both sides to adjust traction, but remember, to keep the wheel straight, the one side is completely off. And even when I screw the traction on that one side ALL the way in, it doesn’t even touch the quick lock on that side because it’s not inserted all the way into the slot and that screw is not that long.

I feel like the brackets on both side of which the legs insert to are not mounted properly in regards to being in alignment with each other. So if I put any kit that requires two legs, it just doesn’t work. I’ve taken a close look at the jogger kit itself and the legs are exactly the same length and angle. It’s got to be the stroller itself. Did I get a defective unit? What can I do? :(

What are the dimensions when folded down for storage? Would it fit as carry on during a flight or do you think it would have to be checked?

Hi there. We recently bought this version and love it but have a few issues - The main one is that we cannot see how to easily hold back the cover (when you want it rolled up at the front). This video does now show it (it seems no videos do!). Can you help? Thanks.

Hi burley I have a burley bicycle trailer I've had it for a long time it's the cub with the suspension two-seater the windows are gone and they're straight open I'm having a hard time finding a replacement part for this trailer I can't afford to buy a new trailer because I make about $800 a month and I don't have a license or a car so my e-bike in my trailer is my transport for me and my daughter I do my grocery shopping in it I take my daughter to school in it take her to the park in it and I can't find a bike shop anywhere where I live in Las Vegas Nevada Henderson it will repair it
