The 2012 Joe Hart Model were crazy ! They were one of the first hybrid cut on the market !

Adidas did those holes on the palm too in their Fingersave gloves from the early 2000's. And I remember an Uhslport Absolutgrip Handbett around 2012. It used to help, because gloves were generally not that breathable (very thick and padded with SS Embossed Latex).

For me Umbro Geometra and Neo pro Shotgun are the best versions of goalkeeper gloves! Had them and they were fantastic.

For me, these were the original, minimal backhand and lightweight glove. I’d not seen or worn anything like these before and gradually all the other brands followed suit and put their own versions out.

The cuts and the holes on the palm are cool, but I think I'd opt for a pair with a longer wrist strap. And I also have a feeling that the palm extension is simply not necessary. Like, did the designer assume that the extended latex beneath the palm area would offer increased protection for the wrist? Questionable in my opinion.
