ANC branches enable rot - Harvey

Political analyst Dr Ebrahim Harvey says the crisis in the ANC is not its leaders but branch members. He argues that there's a serious lack of political assertion in party branches against the avalanche of corruption, fraud, mismanagement and incompetence.
