I never thought I'll ever write this but I feel very sad for V! She's so insecure about her looks, her children and her husband. It's a constant fight to keep it all together.
Money can't buy happiness is overused, because it's true.
Also, she doesn't have one true friend - if she had, then that friend would have told her to stop these injections to her lips as she looks lamentably ridiculous.
But, she really doesn't know.
Without them she could look totally fine.
