Rand Paul is 100 percent correct! Taxpayers should not pay for people to have insurance on 2 and 3rd homes.

This pisses me off. If you can afford a second home then you should be able to pay for the insurance. Why in the hell should us tax payers foot the bill for any of this crap?

Senator Rand is CORRECT! block this waste of taxpayers taxes!

If you can afford a second home worth more than two million, government should not have anything to do with your vacation home.

Not being willing to accept a 2 million dollar cap and primary residency is the epitome of serving the rich

As much as I appreciate Kennedy my vote is for Rand on this. Makes the most sense, we need to start making serious cut backs NOW!

Im not a fan of any subsidy, building a house or rebuilding a house flooded multiple times is insanity. Stop wasting my tax dollars.

I liked Kennedy, but this is so disappointing of him! We obviously need more libertarians in congress like Paul and Massie.

Thank you for staying on task and standing on principal Senator Paul.

How much sense is it to keep rebuilding the same homes in a flood zone..Thank you Rand Paul for bringing this to light..I had no idea tax payers were paying for rich peoples homes.

Lost respect for Kennedy after listening to this exchange. Sounds like he is more interested in protecting rich buddies with multiple homes. Even if they are “buying” this insurance I’m willing to bet it’s at a reduced rate. Rand is correct, tax payers are being forced to pay for insurance for wealthy.

Rand Paul, as always, is being extremely reasonable here... how can anyone argue his very reasonable and logical points?

This is true debate. Senator Paul is on point. Rich people should buy their own insurance.

I'm from Louisiana and I back Rand Paul on this one! I appreciate Kennedy more ways than one but he's carrying water on certain topics for the wrong people.

This is one time that I don't agree with kennedy, Stop building in flood zones. I am not interested in paying for anyone elses insurance needs, no one pays for mine.
