unplug ur motor from the controler and then just re plug then back in and test again

The problem is that the rear drum brake is too tight and therefore the wheel does not turn well and the engine is forced.
It has an easy solution: Loosen the thread of the rear drum brake.

Разбери мотор колесо, там три провода, скорее всего пробита изоляция. У меня такое было.

Where did you get the handle which is near the rear wheel?
