How long would it take to earn every TF2 achievement?

As to be expected of a game that's existed for 14 years, quite a few achievements have been added over time. As fun as it is to go for some of these, the sheer number of them can make achievement hunting this game extraordinarily difficult. But how long does this process take exactly? Well, that's what I figured out in this video, and the numbers are honestly mind numbing. Thanks to everyone who submitted times for data collection!

While grinding out the powerhouse achievement I watched every markeplier fnaf fangame video and the entirety of regulars show on my second screen, for the latter I lost entire episodes to single engineer defenses at several points

There are achievements that are brutal enough in games like all platinum time trial relics in crash 4 or world champion in a Tom Clancy game

You can forget the achievements engineer server

you can complete the achievements that require you to win a bunch of rounds by opening an empty server and speedrunning the goal

I’m 4800 hours into tf2 and am 507/520. Just missing the balloonicorn kills, 1mil robots, rainblower taunt, ~140 map wins on 4 more maps, flight cancelled, scotch guard and then finally the replay achievements which irritatingly enough I have the required views for, just not via replay.

Edit: Considering it’s mentioned as the longest to do so I actually have the powerhouse 142 rounds done since I love that map and played it lots since it came out and before they added stalemates

For T-1, 000, 000 I made a custom script for use on a listen server(server you start in game)
Map: Coaltown
Bot Count: 25, 000
Bot Classes: Scout
Bot Health: 16hp.
Bot Spawn rate: 0s
Bots Spawned: 22
Bot Spawn location: Front(main)

So all one needs to do is go engie, set up a sentry, place dispenser behind, get behind sentry, enter console and use "+attack" to make your engie constantly hit the sentry, Enter "tf_mvm_min_players_to_start 1" in console as well so you can start the round.
Bots will drop with in sentry range, get one shot killed.
Minimize the game, mute in OS.
Go to work or school or watch something on TV, YT, etc.
Come back 4hrs later to check up on it.

it can be just one victory that by itself may take multiple hours

For the last 10 years TF2 has been resetting the world traveler achievement. I can never earn it.

Just cheese the million bots by making a custom MvM map where there's a million robots in one wave, but they're all 1 HP Fist Heavies and they all come out of a choke with a dispenser at the mouth and the choke being tight enough that you can just go Pyro, punch in +attack, and leave it there for a while.

For best results, make the Bomb Chute physically impossible for the robots to even reach anyway.

I know someone with 18, 000 hours of TF2 who has just under 400 achievements, you'd definitely need to hunt for them rather than just enjoying the game.

Seeing someone with 490 or 500 achievements is way rarer than seeing someone with 520

Anyone else remember back when tf2 only had a total of 17 achievements?
