In every South indians household, we finish our meal with curd rice. We dont add salt nor tadka.
As we tend supplements either from nimbu aachar or sambhar or sabzi. We tend to have it watery so that it's easy for digestion.

No tadka needed. Just soak leftover rice in warm milk, little water and curd. Early in the morning, just add salt and have it. That’s it. Most healthy probiotic breakfast full of vitamins, minerals, trace of fat, carbs of course but very filling until the afternoon. All our childhood was with this. Some add onions and a green chili. But we weren’t allowed to eat onions as it smells in school
