Press the what icon? It sounded like you said "cub." I can't do any of what you say because I don't understand your very first instruction and don't see any icon on my remote that looks like "cub" or "code" or whatever you said. Sorry.

Hey so I had a TCL Smart TV before and it connected to my wifi network without any problems. Now that I have a Hisense Smart TV, it doesn’t want to connect to my wifi network like the TCL did. Also, I have tried everything you mentioned here in this video and the result remains the same. I did do a factory reset as well to see if it’ll resolve anything but nothing changed. Could I be doing something wrong, have I missed something, or what advice would you give me that could hopefully resolve my issue??
