Seraph is a former agent from the matrix version 1(The paradise matrix) were he use to have angel wings. Yup Angel wings. When the original matrix crashed the merovingian cut his wings off and smuggled him into the new matrix. That's why the guy calls him wingless! #TRUESTORY

Everyone these days too busy concentrating on how realistic a movie is when it's a friggin movie, f it man, wanna go on the ceiling for effect even though it gives no competitive advantage in a real fight f it ! Because its cool ! People need to stop criticising movies on how 'realistic' they are you have serious issues and need to unlock your mind if you judge how great a movie is on its concept of physics.
