This is the path you have to set
and this is the command you have to type as an administrator in the powershell
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Scope CurrentUser -Force

hello everyone. When I install ionic angular project with "ionic start" command line, get a error "Error: spawn UNKNOWN"

Ionic CLI : 6.20.8
NodeJS : v18.12.1
npm : 8.19.2
OS : Windows

Can somebody tell me what to do.
