Praia que é o Verão de Nigrán. Cerca de 2 km de areia fina, uma baía que tem Baiona à esquerda e Panxón à direita. Praia de Bandeira Azul, com vários serviços e bares de apoio.
As condições são excelentes para a prática de desportos de vela sem motor. E se quiser experimentar existe uma escola de vela, onde pode ter aulas, alugar embarcações, etc.
É imperdível um passeio ao longo da praia, ou do paredão ao final da tarde, espere mais uns minutos e assista a um romântico pôr-do-sol.

This is one of the most renowned beaches of Galicia. It is equipped with many facilities and shares an extensive sandy ground with Panxón Beach. There are views of the whole of Baiona and the Estelas islands. You have the opportunity to hire a launch for water skiing, jet skis and there are many other water sports available. It has been awarded the blue flag and is equipped with wooden walkways used to cross the small channels that are formed when the tide is high.
