Achara should start a roast channel 😂 so she can fluently roast this trailer without any inhibition and interruption. It deserves an infinite amount of roast. People are ruining ramayan again and again for us. The little hope of teaching something to the new generation is going in to the drain, movies like this becomes a meme and the message behind it dwindle.

Achara is 100% right. Ramayana portions feel forced. I dont mind makers trying to use people's emotional connect with these Epics(Ramanaya and Mahabharata) but it shouldn't feel forced or inorganic.

I think what Archara is referring to is the ‘project’ nature of this film. Everything feels shoehorned in for commercial value instead of feeling organic to the story. The Ramayan parallels especially.

7:59 People downvote this because they can sense how insincere the filmmakers are. The story was clearly written when rammandir hype was very strong last year. They are clearly trying to capitalise on religious sentiments instead of actually trying to tell a genuine story. The dialogues are just as cringe and pathetic. Deepika and ranveer's characters and acting seem very irritating.
Stop trying to defend it saying its supposed to be a no-brainer. We all have seen better no-brainer movies that tell a simple yet effective stories with good acting. Not to mention the fact that we have seen better movies in this same franchise. No-brainer does not equate lack of effort on the makers' part.

Rohit Shetty has got talent. Not having a script and a story still able to make a 3 hour movie. I can relate this to myself because whenever I used to go for my semester exams; all I used to do was mug up the diagrams and fill in content worth 4-5 pages. This movie script seems to be so relatable.
