A classroom session from the DevNet Zone at Cisco Live Berlin 2017. This is Part 3 in a 3 part series that introduces participants to two of the core building blocks of many automation initiatives - the Python programming language and network programming concepts. No previous programming background is required. The 3 sessions may be taken as a series or individually. See DEVNET-1040 and DEVNET-1041 for description of Parts 1 and 2.This session builds upon the ""toolbox"" utilities created in the previous two sessions and developing a set of additional Python based network programming tools. This includes:o Using the Python socket library to create a simple TCP based client/server message passing script.o Leveraging Python's RESTful modules to pull down and parse web pageso Leveraging Python's REST-based request module to log in to a Cisco UCS Server and collect information.
