Trust me. You DON'T want to experience this! VERY painful. Luckily, I had always heard about it so when it happened to me, I knew what was going on. I was actually walking in a store when it happened and it stopped me dead in my tracks and I said out loud, "What the F#$K is going on?" I know people were looking at me like, "What in the world is wrong with him?" I had to take itty bitty steps to get to the check out counter because the pain was shooting all though my body. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd have to give it a 20 or more! So how do you get rid of it? Without being to obvious and by any means necessary, you have to finish what you didn't finish if you get what I mean.
