Good Samaritan Law

First Aid is a basic care given to someone who is ill or injured. It is necessitated by emergency which is an unplanned incident requiring immediate action or intervention. The person who is providing the basic care is called the "First Aider". There are liabilities associated with First Aid. Good Samaritan Law protects the first aid from such liabilities.
