Starting my own fencing company in NB. I am amazed there’s actually channels on fencing, cool seeing how big it actually is.

Galv. wire after weaving is not what it use to be. Their not shaking or vibrating to knock most off all the excess break the joints loose. The galv. years ago didn't have all the issues like it has in recent years. It seems a few seconds is to much to ask for alot better quality.
By the way I worked in galvanizing plant as head galvanizer when I was in college and the guys galvanizing wire seem to run about 10 to 20 degrees cooler which makes the zinc not run off as well. Want heavier coating slow it down.

Back in the day We used to always use G.A.W. It was brutal

Like the video, out here specs at schools are now going to 2 3/8 top rail, same install process, just changing size of material, also if fence is slated specs call for 6' on center 4" line post if 8' or taller, I'm glad I will b retired soon. Those specs are for San Diego & Los angles schools. Times are changing

The Lowe's stores that we supply use GBW (pre-galv). Most of our local customers prefer GAW.

The company I work for (MMI) mills their own fabric and is currently not running any GAW 11 1/2 gauge for lack of personnel.

All of our 9 gauge is GAW.

That’s why they put them every 10’ as not to get the humps- so use more and fix the issue 😊

not a fence guy but with 110 acres in Texas need a lot of new

Nvr used or seen a hanger. I use fence ties. Especially if ur doing a long run u would need a lot of there hangers. Thats to much to carry with u. A hundred ties can fit in ur back pocket.
