A totally different side of Rosie, never knew that part of her tremendous talents.

Love Rosie in all formats and she sure filled that costume. Following her short movie career she became the singing mama of 5 children.
Many thanks for this gem ; I like “Red Garters” but it seemed ahead of it’s time and came and went at the box-office. 💕

This song is now 69 years old, but I remember hearing it on the radio, when I was a kid. I did not understand the song, as I was 8 years old then, but liked it.

Bing Crosby had his eye on Rosemary!! She was a beautiful young woman in her day

This should have been a great movie. Maybe it needed bigger stars, or a stronger script. Still, I'd rather watch Rosemary Clooney than her more famous nephew.

Too bad Rosemary Clooney wasn't that successful of an actress. I liked her in White Christmas.

My late wife Marilyn Sotto, did the costumes on this. When they looked at the rushes thry said "Jesus Christ she looks like a guy in drag!!"P>S we both knew and loved Rosemary and laughed over this

Anything Rosie did is worth checking out. So much more talented than that a$$ of a nephew of hers. And could sing like an angel. But she preferred being a good mother to Hollywood. Can't blame her for that.

This seems rather racy for Rosemary Clooney and the time! Great energy, great performance and vibrant clashing colours.

She was wasted in the movies - and this was a turkey. Sadly she became difficult and drank too much, which became a lifetime problem. Not sure why she never clicked on the screen, but the word was that she was too 'ordinary.' Her later discs are worth checking out though.
