ProMolder™ Hands-On Training - Key To Learning

Todd Bryant, Senior Lead Instructor at the Paulson Plastics Academy (PPA) discusses the importance of getting hands-on training during the seminar classes. ProMolder 2 and 3 heavily emphasize the hands-on learning. You will learn concepts in the classroom then immediately go out to the machine and see them in action. This reinforces and "locks-in" that training so that you can quickly apply it back at your plant.
