Yesss. I am a 35 year old veteran I had some Pokémon cards growing up but the characters didn’t mean much to me. But when I walking around bestbuy after going to Disney world trip with my kids I ran into these cards and was like omg this is so cool because these characters are so connected to my childhood watching the Disney movies and the connections to the characters was and is so cool long story short I haven’t payed for any CTG and at this moment I have already bought $150 worth of card packs and my kids are now crazy about it.

The item called Ursulas Contract doesn't have an exert cost neither an ink cost. So how does Ursula plays this card? Does the effect of banishing battleground abilities start as soon as the card is drawn and revealed? Or is it only valid from the next turn on (and then the 3 Lore reward only on the other turn)? Im asking because you said that all items are only activated on the next turn and not at the exact moment when it is played, right? This is only valid for actions as far as I understood.

Do you quest Ursula’s characters every time? Do they attack? Is it only the reckless characters?

Great Video! One question: if two players are playing and they both ink a card into their inkwell each turn, can they share ink? For example, on turn 3 I have 3 ink and the other player has 3 ink (6 ink total) so can we exert all 6 ink for me to play a 6 cost card in my hand?

Hi, I'm super new to Lorcana may i know if i could use those two pre-built decks to play the original game (The player vs player)?

Updated question after doing some googling: could I use the pre built decks as my starters decks?

When I read the instructions, it sounds like Ursula (another ‘player’) should also draw a hand before we start (because it specifically says she doesn’t bother with Mulligan). I found this made it EXTREMELY difficult even on ‘normal’ mode. I then tried it as you did, with her not having an initial hand, and just doing the draw number toward the end of her turn. That seemed easier.

Any thoughts on officially how this should work?

Great guide, my only remaining question is: what happens if Ursula draws cards during the player's turn (such as with a Whole New World or Floodborn Yzma)? Does she draw them face-down and then play all of them alongside her regular draws next turn?

Question, if Ursula has an action card that she has enough ink for but cannot do the action. Does the card go back in her hand? Does it go into her inkwell?

Can we use multiple abilities each turn ? Like draw 2 cards, and then use 2 more lore to ready or exert a character?
Or is it you only get to use one ability each turn?
And is the abilities per turn as a team or per player??

Unless my cards are miss printed none of Ursula cards have reckless or gives reckless which I think makes it a bit to easy playing against it.
