Was first released as a paper record in Mad Magazine.

Alf Newman vs. Alfred E. Neuman. Two sets of eyes, no missing tooth, no freckles, different hair. I'm guessing that to release this outside of the realm of MAD Magazine's cardboard record, the name and image had to be altered, possibly because of copyrights, etc.
