Cuban VP Mesa urges Kampala to open embassy in Havana

Cuba's vice president is in Uganda as part of his tour of Africa. Salvador Valdes Mesa's trip is aimed at revamping Havana's relationship with Kampala. Vice President Mesa has already stopped in Zimbabwe, and is expected to visit Botswana, Tanzania and the D-R-C after spending two days in Uganda. CCTV's Michael Baleke has this report from Kampala
