Every day that we get closer to Halloween, the more Kira’s power grows 🦇💖

The flashback to you invoking the wrath of the various crafting deities might be one of my very favorite bits you've done. I'll have to finish this after work, but I already know I'll be in awe of our resident magpie-brained vampire queen!

Since we’re doing every type of corset conceivable…. How about a rib cage corset? 👀
I know of a certain necromancy obsessed fandom that would go bananas ⚔️ 💀

The amount of details that she’s put into this corset is such an incredible elevation from the og corset she made. The og was beautiful, but this is next level (and so many more techniques!)

Tip for sculpting filigree: use a pasta machine to get really uniform noodles to sculpt with. Then make a crosshatch texture where you wanna attach the noodle and on the noodle itself. It creates more surface area to adhere to.

When you use foam clay, you're supposed to gently dampen the area you want to attach it to, then sculpt it while damp. But obviously with worbla, it has to be warm to get gluey. So what I would probably do is heat up the worbla and use a wet foam noodle then sculpt from there. Hope this helps.

At 3:05 the “I love a good granite counter top” has the same energy as “I love refrigerators”

A suggestion that I would have for the uv resin would be getting some alcohol inks. The resin typically has problems with higher opacity and the alcohol inks get you the color and keeps it more clear. You can get a nail polish curing lamp for easier curing. Also remember that the thinner the layer of resin the longer it’ll take to cure! The corset looks amazing and I can’t wait to see what you make next!

As always you’re brilliant❤ I watch your videos while I work on my own projects 😊 just wanted to say that if, in the future, you want a really BRIGHT, shiny, realistic gold leafing, especially for these materials, try out sheets of actual gold metal leafing!! It’s messy!! But it’s SO satisfying and so beautiful and legit looks like real gold. But that’s just referring to your doubts about the filigree work. The final result you got was ✨stunning✨and you’re always an inspiration

Glad to see Kira’s overall quality increase as the years go on I only found the channel last year and the difference in editing and product quality is amazing! Keep up the good work!

Use a picture frame mold to get sharp corners, but instead of hot glue use epoxy sculpt. You should be able to pop the clay back out before it fully sets, lay it onto the corset where you plan on putting it, and you could manipulate the shape a bit. You'd get sharper corners that you are looking for. A baroque circle mirror mold would have worked pretty well for the "windows" of this piece. Idk. It's stuff you probably already have or have tried, but I feel helpful mentioning it lol... Edit: If you used a mirror mold for those windows, you could have done the outside in clay, and the inside with resin and alcohol inks to get the stained glass look. Or, instead of clear plastic in the window, use stained glass window film cut to size.

This is so Even with the less than ideal "imperfections" it came out so gorgeous and I think that this is just another step into your craft mastery. Be kind to yourself and remember that crafting is releasing your creativity to the outside world for others to enjoy your experiences!!

I love that you are pushing your boundaries and seeking to grow as an artist ❤ the piece turned out beautifully and I look forward to more seasonal pieces 😊

With all these vampire core inspired projects and her hair this color, I think we need a gender bent Astarion from Kira. 😊

The finished product looks stunning. The detail in the painting, the beads, the freaking self made gemstones... it turned out great !
